The State Fair this year begins on Thursday, August 24th, and ends on Monday, September 4th. ● We have both vanilla honey, and raspberry honey this year. Both are unique products distributed by MHPA and you will not find this ice cream anywhere else! Enjoy a scoop, sundae, float, or cone.
● Savor our rich honey cream soda that has no sweeteners added aside from natural MN honey! Appreciate this soda as a beverage or choose to have an ice cream float. The honey is produced by a member of MHPA, and the soda is drafted locally in Saint Paul. The honey-cream soda is authentically unique.
● Come back for our refreshing honey lemonade! The honey is provided by MN Beekeepers and is the only sweetener added.
Honey Candy:
● All the usual honey taffy’s, honey caramels, honey hard candies, and honey stix/straws, offered in many flavors will be at the Fair.
● Coming back for the second year in a row are honey chocolate patties in dark chocolate flavored with raspberry, mint, or cocoa.
Did you say 2-3 ingredients?! Yes, we did! Don’t worry about biting into them, the honey is thick and smoothly crystallized with no messy drips and the chocolate is crisp and just the right amount of bitterness to even out the sweetness of the honey.
